This has been the most touching and inspirational book I have ever read and I have read plenty of them. Up until now my favorite one ad been Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers which is over 300 pages long. This book has accomplished as much in less than 30 though I love both books. I really appreciate the person in this books willingness to share her story and her insight as such a life experience is very private and very painful to think about let alone share. This is a book I will read much more than once and it has already helped my relationship with my wife as i can better understand how she feels at different times during motherhood. Some things smacked me in the head as common sense but most of them seldom, if ever, come to mind. This in not only an excellent book for mothers who have experienced the loss of a child but for all current and expectant mothers. It is also very good for husbands as it gives very enlightened insight into the mind of a mother. The book also give tips to other midwives as well as family members who would be around a new mother. Glad I didn't let the price deceive me as to the quality of this book. I hope Mrs. Alford, the author, rights more insightful books.Product details
