Vegetarian Disneyland How To Find Great Vegetarian Food at Disneyland eBook MouseWait Publishing

The idea of a guide to vegetarian meals at Disneyland is a good one, and I hope someone publishes one some day. This, however, isn't it.

The book lists several dishes that simply are not vegetarian. For example, they list the Broccoli and Cheese soup at the Pacific Wharf Cafe, even though the menu clearly says it is simmered in a chicken broth. Similarly, they recommend the baked potato soup at the Carnation Cafe, even though it contains bacon. It really seems like they just went down a list of menu items and listed what sounded like vegetable dishes based solely on the names. If they had taken the time to do more in-depth research to make sure the dishes they were listing were actually vegetarian, they might have ended up with a valuable resource. Instead, what they have produced is a waste of time and money.

Very informative and to the point. I can't wait to try it out on my next vaca! I was definitely happy to hear they are willing to make a monte christo sandwich without the meat!
This book showed me the different options I can have at Disneyland when I don't feel like eating meat. My friends are vegetarian so it has helped me show them where they can go eat without wen aging to send them to a a salad plate. My friends appreciate this. This is a great book at a great price.
Mouse wait goes above and beyond what an app is used for. This app has offered wait times, it tells you how full each park is, keeps your visit organized, and the best part is the lounge where you can meet awesome people who share the same love for Disneyland and are very helpful and knowledgable on all things Disney. With this app I have gained a lot of friends and now a food guide to help me thru the park. The book offers pictures of food thru out the park with options for everyone. This is a huge help to me since being diagnosed with an ulcer! I can't thank mouse wait, admin and jvsg for this awesome book of knowledge for me. ) Keep up the great work and for making mouse wait larger then life for us involved with the app and the mouse wait community!
As somebody who has multiple dietary restrictions, I really appreciate the wealth of knowledge that this book brings. As a Disneyland fanatic, I was pleasantly surprised to discover menu items even I didn't know about! This is a perfect resource that you can carry in your pocket, the pictures are great, and I thoroughly enjoy the credits given to the supporters of the online group Mousewait (both pictures and commentary). I hope that perhaps a sequel of Gluten Free Disneyland or perhaps Disneyland on a Dime is in the works!
My 11 year old daughter became a vegetarian last year, and we are annual pass-holders to Disneyland, so we are there every week. We always had a hard time finding some healthy vegetarian options, and this book pointed out all the different options available. A must have for any Disneyland visitor that is a vegetarian.
Missed menu options at the Jazz Kitchen. They have a separate menu for dietary issues; such s dairy free, vegan, and many other allergies. By the way. Bacon is not vegetarian.

Starts out well, then feels rushed. Seems like the end is just about the author's favorites. Needs a good edit. Nice attempt and still helpful.
I really liked the way this was set up and it would have been an excellent resource for my vegetarian family. Unfortunately, the information was outdated. An updated app with current menus would be a better bet than this outdated book.
